  • Please shower yourself with loving-kindness when you are stressed, anxious, worried &/or overwhelmed. Take moments to pause & pay attention to the rhythm of your breathing. This is a powerful tool to help relax your nervous system. It works! So does meditation.

  • Don’t forget to exercise/move your beautiful body each & every day AND nourish yourself with healthy foods. Muy importante for HSPs!

  • Being creative is an outstanding outlet for stress & worry. It usually relaxes us & definitely stimulates different parts of our brain. Plus: it adds more beauty & loveliness to our world! Who doesn’t want that?

  • When we take care of ourselves, we are happier & more at peace. We then bring this re-newed energy to our world & to our interactions with all other sentient beings. This causes a positive ripple effect. “Be the change …”
